The Northeast Generals are proud to announce the acquisition of 2005-born forward Drew Gibbons from the NAHL’s Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks in exchange for a pair of assets.

Gibbons, a rookie during the 2024-25 season., split time between the NAHL’s Rochester Jr. Americans and Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks, combining for 32 points (16g-16a) in 52 games played.

“We love Andrew.  He’s a great kid, a tireless worker, and has a knack for scoring big goals.  One of the areas we struggled with last season was getting greasy goals. Drew does just that.  He gets to the hard areas of the ice and he can score, and his character is off the charts,” said Head Coach and GM, Bryan Erickson.

Prior to making his full-time debut in the NAHL, Gibbons from Wakefield, RI, led St. Marks School in nearly all offensive categories during the 2023-24 season with 59 points (20g-39p) in 29 games.

The 5’10, 181lbs, right-shot forward is already an NCAA DIV I commit to Air Force Academy.
